  1. 3D Animation: What #D Product Animation Can Do For You

2017 saw the worth of the global animation market increase to $254 billion. It has, however, become apparent that the rise was but the beginning. As animation makes its way into the world of marketing, we will definitely see its popularity rise even higher.

If 3D Animation Is So Bad, Why Don't Statistics Show It?

When most people believe 3D animation, they think entertainment. This is largely due to its capability to arouse emotion and captivate. In the recent past, however, 3D animation is increasingly being used to show off products.

That raises the question, "Is 3D product animation worth all the hype?

Well, to be honest, it WORTH More Than THAT!

Consider giant brands such as Gillette and the ever popular Apple. With Gillette, for instance, a boring shave is transformed into a 3D adventure. This has made the brand popular among customers. Gillette was sensible enough to realize that to rise above the competition, it had to move away from generic advertising. At the end of the day, a top quality animation reflects well on your brand. This is what 3D product animation intends to achieve- to assist you tower over the competition.

There are three major reasons why you should add 3D animation to your marketing stratagem:

    1. Prototyping Magic: Lots of money goes into designing a prototype to test the market. These costly prototypes yield the necessary feedback but, what if you could get the feedback at a lower price? Well, now there is. With a 3D product animation, you can- inexpensively- come up with a model of your product and utilize it to gauge the market. That is to say, you have the necessary feedback from the market without suffering the cost of a prototype.

2.First Impressions last Forever: The most exciting products rarely look the part. Think about Gillette adverts without the entertaining 3D aspect. Boring, right?

3D product animation has the capability to transform even the most boring of products into a blockbuster. The product is viewable across all 360-degrees with special effects added for that extra punch. Do it right and the market will obsess over your product.

Apple's iPhone X is a great example of this trend. Its advertising relied heavily on 3D models. The major brands of the world- think Huawei, Microsoft, and Samsung- all use 3D product animations. Now you know why they dominate their respective markets.

    3. All about The Money: 3D product animation will help you save lots of money. Aside from marketing, the 3D model can also be utilized to distinguish glitches in an unfinished product. Designers are afforded the chance to improve the brand before the prototypes come out.

On top of that, animation is a very cost-effective marketing platform. Just look at how well-known Virtual Reality (V.R) and 3D modelling are- no one can get enough of 3D.

Your product can get a lot from 3D technologies. You can give it glamor, appeal, and mystique. Animation also gives the brand legitimacy as a modern oriented firm. The wrong first impression has been the death of many products.

Don't add to that sad statistic. Abandon generic marketing strategies. Turn your advertisement into a 3D tale presenting your product as the sophisticated and irresistible hero. You do wish to be the next Apple and Huawei, don't you?
